Q: How long will it take me to receive my order once it is placed?
A: Our turn-around time is generally 4-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, turn-around time may be longer. If this happens, you will be notified immediately. Our writers are very busy and sometimes it is not possible to complete a large order in that time frame. Please contact us if you would like to know your turn around time before placing your order.

Q: Do you offer revisions if I am not satisfied?
A: Yes we do. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your order you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your articles and ONE revision will be completed free of charge. Revisions are to correct any grammatical, punctuation, or sentence structure errors that may have been overlooked. Revisions are not re-writing the entire article.
Q. Do you give discounts for bulk orders?
A. If you have a large volume order please contact us.
Q. Can I request a specific writer whose work I was pleased with in the past?
A. Yes, absolutely. If you have a specific writer you would like to work on your project please include the writers name in your order or contact us once your order has been placed.
